BODY POSITIVE GROUP HIKES
Please email waterandearthyoga@gmail.com to express interest.
Join me and other members of our Water and Earth Yoga community
for relaxing, joyful movement
immersed in the beauty of one of our many gorgeous regional parks.
Pace will be determined by the group, with breaks as needed,
and lots of opportunities to stop for pictures.
Hikes will be no longer than 1 hour in duration,
and run once a month,
each time exploring a different location.
Rain or shine.
All bodies welcome and celebrated in this space.
There is no fee to participate.
REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
