AQUA YOGA

Aqua Yoga is a gentler alternative to a land-based practice.

The aquatic environment can reduce stress on the joints, allow for greater range of motion,

increase balance, build strength, and promote deep relaxation.

This body positive, accessible, joyful movement class is suitable for all levels,

and perfect for folks recovering from injuries, with joint pain, and/or mobility concerns.

Questions during practice are encouraged.

Empowered Yoga
*NEW OFFERING*
Empowered Yoga is a dynamic, confidence-building practice designed to help students tap into their inner strength. Participants are guided through intentional, energising flows that blend breath with powerful postures.
Students are invited to explore their edges safely and with awareness, while honouring their limits,
and modifying poses accordingly, all in a playful, judgment-free, non-competitive environment.
Soulful beats are combined with creative sequences that nourish the body and satisfy our need for joyful movement.
Suitable for students with a developing practice – strong yoga foundation required. 
 
Please note, this location is not wheelchair accessible.

Yoga Nidra - iRest®

iRest Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation

most commonly practised in a supine position,

comfortably supported by bolsters, and cozied up with a blanket.

Initially created for the military community,

iRest combines the ancient teachings of Yoga Nidra

with Western psychology and neuroscience.

This trauma-informed practice is simple to learn and accessible to all,

but is proven especially beneficial for folks living with

PTSD, chronic pain, insomnia, and anxiety,

affording its practitioners a profound sense of peace and well-being.

Outdoor Yoga

Connect with nature through a gentle outdoor yoga practice.

Feel your bare feet on the grass, the sunshine on your face, and the warm breeze on your skin

as you breathe in fresh air in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Modifications to poses will be offered to ensure accessibility

for all bodies, levels, and abilities.

Questions during practice are encouraged.

Suitable for all nature lovers.
