Aqua Yoga
​
Aqua Yoga is a gentler alternative to a land-based practice.
The aquatic environment can reduce stress on the joints, allow for greater range of motion,
increase balance, build strength, and promote deep relaxation.
This body positive, accessible, joyful movement class is suitable for all levels,
and perfect for folks recovering from injuries, with joint pain, and/or mobility concerns.
Questions during practice are encouraged.
All bodies welcome and celebrated in this space.

Yoga Nidra - iRest®
​
iRest Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation
most commonly practised in a supine position,
comfortably supported by bolsters, and cozied up with a blanket.
Created for the military community,
iRest combines the ancient teachings of Yoga Nidra
with Western psychology and neuroscience.
This trauma-informed practice is simple to learn and accessible to all,
but is proven to be especially beneficial for folks living with
PTSD, chronic pain, insomnia, and anxiety,
affording its practitioners a profound sense of peace and well-being.

​
Connect with nature through a gentle outdoor yoga practice.
Feel your bare feet on the grass, the sunshine on your face, and the warm breeze on your skin
as you breathe in fresh air in a beautiful outdoor setting.

for all bodies, levels, and abilities.
